Court of Appeal Judgment in Swift still awaited

The 1^st October, already!

In a year that doesn't feel like it has had the chance to get going, one of the highlights for me has been the thought of the Court of Appeal finding a reasonable solution to the thorny issue of how to compensate claimants in respect of their additional need for accommodation.

However, it would seem that we will need to wait a little longer than the start of the Michaelmas term.

That said, in the words of Laozi :
